Litigation Support

We have extensive experience in providing litigation support and are recognised by the courts in the Isle of Man as providing reliable evidence in financial matters.

We provide our clients and their advocates with assistance both pre-trial and during trial.

The strength of the evidence we provide often causes a settlement to be arrived at without an actual trial.

Much of our work is in the investigation of fraud and proving the method. Often this will involve tracing the cash flow through a trail of companies - sometimes in multiple jurisdictions.

As well as corporate disputes we assist in matrimonial cases, tracing assets and evaluating sources of income that may not be immediately apparent.
